What event planning services do you offer?
We specialize in offering comprehensive event production, design, and management services tailored specifically for corporate events, conferences, and meetings. Our expertise ensures seamless execution aligned with your objectives and attendee experience, delivering measurable results for all.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depending on the scale of the event, we recommend having at least one Sr. Event Producer and Coordinator present. For larger events, additional staffing across various roles such as F&B Manager, Transportation, Registration, and Technical Director may be required to ensure seamless execution.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We typically handle all budgets and payments to vendors, unless requested for client to pay direct.
What event planning packages do you offer?
Each event is unique. We price each event in a direction that works best for the client.
