What is your pricing?
We have a 30% Planning Fee on the services we provide
What venues have you worked at before?
Our area of expertise is in Southern California from Santa Barbara to San Diego. We have been doing more programs in the San Francisco, Napa, and Sacramento area, and are open to travel to NorCal.
What makes your services unique?
We love to think out of the box and develop new ways to involve guests in local experiences without having to leave the event venue. We encourage our clients to include engaging activations throughout their events to bring the element of local immersion into their programs.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We prefer to book events/programs that are at least 5 - 8 weeks in advance. We need 1 to 2 weeks (depending on event/program size) to build a custom proposal of services after connecting on a phone/video call.
