Molecular Food & Cocktails is changing the way that people think about drinks with innovative molecular gastronomy techniques, methods, and ingredients. At its inception, our services included desserts using these techniques to bring unique experiences to events. For the COVID 19 pivot, our services expanded to included virtual events with a curated kit component. This offering offers an interactive option to make virtual events more engaging. From unboxing to a custom-curated kit and an interactive virtual cocktail event, clients had an option when live events were not happening. With the cocktail kits, her focus is on the magic of spherification and how gelling compounds can add depth and complexity to your favorite cocktail.

- What is your booking policy for live events?
- We require at least 14 days to book us to come to your event. Depending on availability we require a deposit, signing our service contract and ensuring delivery and date of service requirements are met. We require a deposit & signed contract to secure a date/time.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We are happy to offer a full refund of your deposit/or paid invoices if we receive a cancellation 21 days prior to your live event.
- What do you provide for an event?
- We DO NOT PROVIDE alcohol for cocktails. If you hire us for the cocktail options we bring everything else for the chosen signature cocktail(s) but NOT the alcohol.
