Moments in Bloom is comprised of two main floral designers, Dede Barnes and Tara McClurkin, who work together as a team. They were both born and bred in San Diego, and they began working together in 1997 at Dede's family floral store, which prompted their ambition to pursue floral design as a business together in the future. They hand-pick and care for their flowers from start to end, ensuring that they are of the greatest possible quality.
