At Monclovas Catering, we make it our mission to provide each and every one of our customers with the highest possible level of quality and service at an affordable price. In the line of work that we do, there is no standard size. We would be happy to assist you in the planning of your upcoming wedding, reception, corporate event, retreat, fund-raising event, school functions, or church event. I introduce myself as Fabian Garza. I was born and raised in Monclova, which is located in the state of Coahuila, Mexico, and I was exposed to the hospitality industry from a young age. In 2016, I put everything on the line for a dream and gave up a prosperous career in order to pursue it. With financial assistance from my dearly cherished wife, as well as a loan from my father. We took the plunge and opened up our own catering business in Dallas, Texas, which is run by our family. Monclova, Coahuila inspired us to give the name of our new business to our hometown. After working for a variety of reputable companies and gaining experience under the guidance of a wide variety of talented chefs, We were able to combine amazing foods and styles of presentation that mixed with traditional European standards. These lessons became qualities that were passed down to us by our mentors and are now friends, and they have led us to our mutual passion of planning catering events, using our experience approach to service that will be remembered by all who were in attendance for its exquisite attention to detail.
