Mountain Crust Catering

Mountain Crust is a catering company based in Colorado that specializes in wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers, and a variety of other entrees, all of which are made with premium ingredients. This experience is brought to you in our restored 1955 Ford F-600 truck, Ole Blue, which has been outfitted with everything we need to make your event memorable and stress-free. Some of these amenities include an imported Mugnaini wood-fired oven and three taps pouring Colorado's finest craft beers! Everything that we prepare is laid out for guests to choose from in a buffet fashion at Ole Blue, beginning with hors d'oeuvres and drinks and progressing on to salad, pizza, and other entrées. The pizza is prepared in accordance with the preferences specified by the host; however, we are always willing to accommodate the preferences of individual guests in order to ensure that everybody is happy. We are also obsessed with the environment. At each and every Mountain Crust event, we make it a point to recycle and compost, and our overarching goal is to do our part to make the world a better place, one slice at a time. *At an additional cost, we are able to provide you with tables and chairs. If you would like this service, our staff will handle all of the necessary setup in this scenario; however, we will need to arrive earlier in order to provide it.
