About namevents

Founded in 2022

A Boutique Approach Namevents is intentionally structured as a boutique production company, carefully selecting projects so each client receives focused attention and thoughtful strategy. McAdams remains personally involved in every project ensuring that the vision for the event is consistent and decisions are guided by experience at every step. Exceptional Vendor Relationships Namevents has built strong relationships with the most talented vendors in the industry. These partnerships allow us to assemble the right team for each event while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and reliability. Events That Achieve Their Purpose A successful event is not simply beautiful room—it is a well-paced experience. For nonprofit organizations in particular, the goal of an event is not only to create an extraordinary evening but also to advance the mission of the organization. Namevents works closely with clients to design programs that engage guests emotionally and encourage generosity, helping fundraising events reach their full potential. Strategic Expertise With a background in law, Natalie brings a unique skill set to event production. Contracts, vendor agreements, and entertainment riders are carefully evaluated to protect the client’s interests and avoid costly misunderstandings. This expertise is particularly valuable when negotiating performance agreements with headline talent or managing complex production requirements.

  • namevents Pricing

    Minimum Spend
    $10,000

Like most professional event producers, we typically charge 18–22% of the total event production costs as a management fee. This structure allows us to focus on making the best decisions for the event. However, many of our clients are non-profits; and for those events, we find a flat fee structure is best. Our years of experience guide us in setting that fee. Regardless of whether we are bringing to life your special day - wedding, anniversary, birthday, mitzvah - or producing your company's signature event or fundraising gala, our goal is always to maximize the impact of your budget. Because we work regularly with top Los Angeles vendors and production partners, we are able to negotiate strong pricing while ensuring the event maintains a high level of quality. Contact the team to discuss your specific needs.

FAQs 7

What types of events does Namevents produce?
Namevents produces a wide range of events including fundraising galas, corporate meetings and celebrations, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs. Our approach is to design events that reflect the mission, audience, and goals of each client while creating an experience that feels polished and engaging
What makes your planning style unique?
Our approach to event production is guided by a simple principle: every event should feel intentional, seamless, and genuinely engaging. Rather than relying on pre-designed packages, we approach each project as a unique production that reflects the goals, audience, and aesthetic of the client.
How many years have you been in business?
Namevents has been producing exceptional events for more than two decades. Founded in 2002, we are approaching our 25-year milestone of creating distinctive, highly produced events for nonprofit, corporate, and private clients. As a result, we have deep roots in Los Angeles and Southern California.
What is your creative process?
Every event begins with a conversation. We work with our clients to understand the purpose of the event, the audience, and the desired outcome. Next, we shape the creative concept and overall strategy, including venue options, vendor selection, production design, entertainment and budget.
Do you help book headline entertainment or celebrity talent?
One of our unique strengths is negotiating entertainment contracts and riders for headline talent. Because Natalie McAdams has a legal background, she is able to carefully evaluate performance agreements and riders, to ensure that the agreement is structured in the client's best interests.
