- What services do you offer?
- We can provide tables, chairs, tents, party games, coolers and more for any event in Nashville and surrounding areas. We offer free delivery and set up in Nashville after meeting our delivery order minimum of $75.
- How can I book with Nashville Party Rentals?
- We make booking quick and simple, and everything can be handled completely online. Through our website, just set a date and time, select your rentals, and checkout. It's that easy! We also can take orders through phone or email.
- What are your payment terms?
- We require payment in full to reserve all bookings. We use Stripe as a secure online payment method. A $50.00 security deposit is added to all of our bookings, regardless of the total cost. But we'll refund that to you as soon as we pick up and making sure all items are in good condition.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- If you cancel more than 24-hours before your rental period, your entire payment will be refunded - including your security deposit. But, if you request to cancel less than 24-hours before your rental period, your security deposit will be forfeited. The rest of your payment will be refunded.
- How much is delivery in Nashville?
- We offer free delivery and set up in Nashville after meeting our delivery order minimum of $75. If you are outside of Nashville or your Nashville address is 20 miles or more from our warehouse, we charge a delivery fee for mileage and travel time.
