Navi's Catering Kitchen

Greetings, everyone! I'm Chef Navi. I want to tell you about my journey! I was raised on the lovely island of Fiji, where I was born. I loved to cook as a child and took after my talented uncle, who prepared meals for numerous occasions including galas, family reunions, and weddings. I would occasionally provide a hand with his events, which increased my love of cooking. As my love for cooking grew, I decided to enroll in a culinary arts program. After graduating, I moved to Denver, Colorado, where I met my wife and life partner Kaajal and had the chance to work as a line cook at the Brown Palace, a presidential suite hotel. I advanced from being a line cook to a lead line cook within a year, and I now work in fine dining. At that time, I also had a child. Through my education, collaboration with others, and commitment to ongoing improvement, I hope to provide the neighborhood with top-notch catering, in-home dining, culinary lessons, and a special venue for hosting events. The people who have supported me the most throughout my trip have been my parents, wife, and children. I also want to thank everyone who has given me strength, believed in me, and stood by me during this journey. I value each of you.
