Noonan's Wine Country Design

Noonan's Wine Country Designs is a design business that specializes in bespoke work. Our goal is on creating one-of-a-kind floral arrangements for your wedding day. Katie Noonan is a certified floral designer who is also an accredited member of the American Institute of Floral Design (AIFD) and a member of the Chapel Designers, which is a worldwide network of wedding and event designers that work together. Her floral design approach is considered to be a combination of floral art and workmanship. Each design is meticulously handmade using clean and modern design approaches in order to provide one-of-a-kind art pieces to brides and events commemorating life's most important milestones. Katie has been fascinated by flowers since she was a child. When she was younger, she spent the most of her days playing in her parent's garden. Flowers drew her attention again later in life while she was a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she studied natural history. Whilst at Cal Poly, she became associated with the Student Chapter of the American Institute of Floral Designers, where she took part in floral events and contests. She received third place overall in the 2004 SAIFD competition in New York for her design of four spontaneous flower arrangements, which she entered in the competition. Working at a high-end floral business in Santa Barbara while finishing school allowed Katie to be inspired by the influence that flowers can have on a wedding day. The year 2004 marked the beginning of Katie Noonan's own firm, Noonan's Wine Country Designs, which has specialized in weddings and events ever since. She takes great delight in creating floral arrangements that are tailored to each client's own personality and vision.
