Not quite—because you deserve more than just help on the day-of. Our “month-of” coordination starts 6 weeks out to make sure we fully understand your plans, communicate with your vendors, and handle logistics before the big day. That way, everything runs smoothly and nothing is left to chance.
What event planning packages do you offer?
We offer full-service planning for couples who want support from day one and month-of coordination for those who’ve done the planning and want expert execution and peace of mind.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! We handle vendor communications, timeline reviews, and all the necessary logistics to keep everything running smoothly. For full-service clients, we attend key meetings and provide trusted referrals. For month-of clients, we step in 6 weeks out to confirm all details and communicate directly.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
You’ll pay your vendors directly, but we’ll keep you organized every step of the way. We help you understand contracts, track payment deadlines, and make sure everything is aligned with your budget and timeline.
