Felisa's work is tinged with a distinct carefree West Coast attitude, owing to her upbringing in Southern California. After viewing an Ikebana exhibition in Los Angeles' Little Tokyo district, Felisa became interested in floral design. Felisa adds a wellspring of inspiration to her work from her travels, nature, and art history, having lived on both coasts, with some years abroad in Berlin and through her Latin American background. Her sculptural approach is a result of her MFA from Yale. Her artist-run studio is ideal for creatives who want to host one-of-a-kind, eye-catching events that will delight and engage their visitors. Her practice is built on ingenuity and originality, as evidenced by her distinctive bloom choices and whimsical designs. We enjoy working on events of all sizes, from small to enormous. We offer floral solutions for everything from small elopements to large-scale events with installations.
