We offer Full-Service Event Planning, Event Design, Event Management, and Destination Wedding Planning. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or milestone celebration, we handle every detail, bringing your vision to life with a seamless and personalized approach.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We go beyond just "day-of" coordination. We believe your wedding deserves more than a last-minute touch-up. Our Wedding Management package steps in months before your big day to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly, so when the day arrives, you’re free to enjoy every moment without any worries.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! For vendors we book on your behalf, we’ll take care of arranging and managing all meetings to keep things seamless. If you’ve booked your own vendors, you’ll handle scheduling directly. With packages like Full-Service Planning, we take care of it all—ensuring every detail is covered!
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
All contracts and payments are handled directly between you and your vendors. We’ll guide you through the process, but the agreements and payments are made between you and the third-party vendors to keep everything clear and straightforward!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
We always have at least two team members on-site: a lead planner and an associate planner. The exact number of staff depends on the event's setup and guest count. For heavy setups or guest counts over 225, we bring additional team members to ensure everything runs smoothly!
