ONTHEMARC is a contemporary, full-service catering company known for memorable, well executed events where great food and great service always come first. Chef Marc Weber started the company in 2006 from his parents’ kitchen, with a station wagon and one simple goal: to make people happy by exceeding expectations. Nearly 20 years later, ONTHEMARC operates out of a 15,000-square-foot industrial kitchen and services over 12 exclusive venues, supported by an exceptional team of over 40 full-time employees and 600 part-time staff. From intimate dinners to large galas and corporate functions, ONTHEMARC brings its signature blend of culinary excellence and seamless service to clients across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and beyond, with details handled thoughtfully from first conversation to final course.

Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
We are able to meet any dietary restrictions, including but not limited to: gluten-free, lactose-free, no pork, nut-free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian.
Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
Our chefs make dishes from many different cuisine styles, including but not limited to: African, American, Asian, barbecue, British, Cajun, Caribbean, Chinese, Ethiopian, French, German, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, local, Mediterranean, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Russian.
What are my options for food display and service?
ONTHEMARC has a wide variety of dining styles to choose from, with endless possibilities for personally customizing your experience. Work with us to find the right style for you: stationary, family-style, plated, passed, roaming, or some combination!
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
We have a variety of bar and liquor packages for you to choose from, with the ability to customize and upgrade!
Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
All booked clients are offered a complimentary tasting! Unbooked clients are charged a $250 tasting fee which is applied to the balance of their event should they move forward with us.

Founder & CEO

Marc Weber is the founder and owner of ONTHEMARC. Upon graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, he worked as a Private Chef and has worked in several restaurants. Marc was named one of 2017’s Most Innovative Chefs by The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival and his career and company have been covered in a variety of publications. Marc is not only a leader in his industry, but also in his community.
