Panini Bakery

Panini Bakery is a small, family-owned business with a handy location in Dallas near the Park Cities neighborhood. Chef/Owner Jeff Rotundo founded Panini Wedding Cakes in 1994 after years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industries. When used in a corporate setting, The retail site of Panini Bakery first opened its doors in 2000, and throughout the years, it has become something of a tradition for many families in the surrounding neighborhood. In time, Jeff was joined by his wife Sophie, who left her "regular job" to devote her time to wedding cake design and business management. It's a pleasure to meet with brides and create personalized designs for their dream cake. Of course, they can choose from photographs of the many wonderful cakes we've created, but it's really exciting to see the end product when we collaborate and create something that is completely theirs – whether it's elegant, modern, classical, or whimsical." People frequently inquire as to what distinguishes us from the other bakeries in Dallas. That we are a family-owned bakery founded by a classically educated pastry chef is what our brides have expressed as the feature that they like the most about us. Because we are a small, family-run business, we appreciate the importance of sticking to a budget, and our brides are frequently pleasantly pleased by the value and quality we provide. We limit the amount of orders we accept each weekend in order to ensure that each and every wedding cake receives the individual attention it merits. Our cakes are delectable sweets, consisting of layers of moist cake, handcrafted mousses, and real buttercream on top.
