Douglas Calhoun works as a bi-costal planner across the social bridal space & corporate/influencer world. Previous clients include couples from Northern California and all over New York State. As an expert in event coordination and planning, I approach each summit, dinner and cultivation event with an optimistic and “zero bull” attitude to create fantastic experiences for guests and hosts alike. For a decade myself and my team have learned how to adapt quickly to the natural spontaneity of events and have a strong knowledge of the pre-production cornerstones, including commonsense fundraising, one of a kind design, and vendor logistics.
