- What is the booking process, and how far in advance should we secure your services?
- User My streamlined booking process guarantees a stress-free, seamless destination wedding. We kick off with a vision-focused Zoom call to know us and ensure excellent teamwork. When you see that I'm the perfect fit, we dive into crafting your unforgettable experience together.
- Do you work with a team and/or prefer specific vendors?
- I lead a team for wedding day logistics, adjusting staff as needed. While I recommend vendors I've worked with, I'm flexible. My goal is finding the perfect vendors for your needs.
- What is your preferred method of communication, and how quickly can we expect responses to our emails or calls?
- My preferred communication is through emails. Additionally, I reserve text messages for my personal number, exclusively for my couples, enhancing communication. We schedule Zoom calls every two months for effective follow-ups, ensuring a strong connection throughout the planning process.
- Where are you based, and do you travel?
- I am based in Mexico, specifically in the Riviera Maya - Cancun area. Thanks to my training, professional connections, and experience, I can travel wherever love stories take me and wherever couples need my expertise.
- How do you approach vendor selection and customization for a couple's wedding day?
- As a wedding planner, I prioritize tailoring each couple's experience, connecting them with the best vendors without limitations. Despite a trusted vendor list, I'm open to new, quality suppliers to ensure each wedding is unique. Trust in my dedication to make your dream day a reality.
