Pigsty Studio

Pigsty is a small floral design firm situated in Venice, California, that specializes in custom floral arrangements. The use of wild, warm, unorthodox floral design with an emphasis on locally sourced foods is important to us at Pigsty. We design events, house arrangements, restaurant flowers, and the occasional landscape design in addition to other services. We design using seasonal flowers and with consideration for the environment, focusing on the whimsical, romantic, and etherial range of nature herself. Persimmons, foraged mustard seeds, sweet garden roses, and garlic scapes are some of the ingredients we use in our arrangements. Our top goal is the shape and movement of the body. Engineering by Hope while studying in Colorado, the company has found a home in California, surrounded by native poppies, redwood trees and other wild plants. Hope is the founder and CEO. We can be found foraging for grasses, talking about literature, clipping lavender from the yard, or bicycling to Venice to get a cup of iced coffee.
