    Our full-service event planning and coordination fees start at a minimum of $4,500 and range upward from there ($4,500 is typically based on a 25-75 person social or reception style gathering and fees go up from there depending on size, scale and complexity of what’s required for the event). This means we'd be the main working liaison between you/the venue and all of your vendors, design, etc. so that you can rest easy while we organize and implement your plans as your sounding board. We also have a 15% design and decor fee, which is calculated on top of any design-related goods and services, i.e. decor, rentals, floral and lighting.

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We're flexible and can handle vendor payments in any way our clients feel the most comfortable.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, we will manage scheduling all tours/site visits, vendor meetings, and tastings, as well as request and review all vendor contracts.
