Prime Time Band

A well-rehearsed and forward-thinking collection of musicians who go above and beyond the typical expectations placed on a wedding band. Prime Time is a multi-talented seven-piece band that has the sound of ten... with a DJ performing live on-site. Over the course of more than 15 years, a mainstay performance at Washington Talent. Robert "Sngie" Stocks, a National Recording Artist, serves as the MC, Lead Vocalist, and Saxophonist for Prime Time. Robert is also a member of the band. Jared Bailey is responsible for both the vocals and the trumpet in this band. It is London Ivy, the group's leading lady, who is responsible for keeping this high-energy musical collective together. Stanley Banks Jr. on drums, DJ Chris Stott on bass, Austin Stahle on guitar, and Charels Alston on keys provide the rhythmic foundation for the front line. There is a wide variety of music on the set list, ranging from today's most popular songs to jazz medleys from yesteryear, as well as selections from the Motown era in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
