Company THE HISTORY OF THE RADISH When Lisbet Halverson graduated from college and began working a series of uninteresting jobs, she came to the conviction that the only way to find happiness was to work in the kitchen. Inspired by the notion that she could create delectable meals that would make people happy while also being her own boss, Lisbet decided to start her own catering business. After 25 years and many pleased customers, Ravishing Radish has established itself as a Seattle institution. After all this time, Lisbet is still passionate about food, she continues to grow herbs in her personal garden, and she continues to serve as the Head Radish, presided over the vibrant firm. Today, Lisbet works with her fantastic team, cooking delectable meals and assisting in the creation of lovely gatherings. They also take pleasure in their adaptability, and are equally at ease catering formal events in the most opulent of settings as they are staging a plated dinner for 200 people at a woodland campground in the Pacific Northwest.
