We have over 25 years of experience in the catering industry, and as a result, we are able to provide seasoned party-throwers as well as first-time hosts in the Seattle area with the essential ingredients for a successful celebration. These include friendly hospitality, elegant presentation, and the authentic flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Lisbet Halverson came to the conclusion that the key to her happiness lay in the kitchen after she had completed her education and worked a string of jobs that failed to excite her. She came to this conclusion after working a series of jobs that failed to motivate her. Lisbet decided to start her own catering company after she realized she could make people happy with her cooking while also being her own boss. This idea inspired her to get the business off the ground. Ravishing Radish is now considered a Seattle institution after serving the community for twenty-five years and leaving countless customers happy. Even after all this time has passed, Lisbet has not lost her passion for food; she continues to cultivate herbs in her own garden; and she continues to serve as the Head Radish, presiding over the active business.
