Each event has a tailored approach to the hosts unique background, taste, and budget. Our private chef team is comprised of talented foodies with roots in the luxury hospitality industry – spanning experience gained at prestigious locations such as the Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and Bellagio Las Vegas. Since then, we’ve catered every kind of event you can imagine for groups of four to 4,000+ across Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Aspen, Breckenridge, Dallas and beyond.

Our pricing typically starts at $150 per person. We do not charge travel or vehicle fees and we pass through our staffing costs to our staff. Most of our weddings average around $200 per person all in. Our staff is friendly and helpful and we have extremely talented international chef team that loves to get creative to make your day absolutely perfect.

- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Absolutely! We have catered completely vegan weddings for 100 people before! We love to tailor the menu to your vision and dietary preferences.
- What menu customization options do you offer?
- 100% We do not have typical wedding menus, we are very bespoke and love being unique just like the couples we work with!
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We do! We can tailor the alcohol menu as much as the food menu or even pair them together to create an amazing experience for everyone's taste buds!
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We do offer tastings for weddings that are over $15,000. We do not offer tastings on the weekends because of our event schedule or during high holiday seasons.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We are in hotels, museums, free standing venues, private residents, ranches, anywhere you can think of! We are no strangers to building a kitchen and making amazing food!
