Founded in 1989

For over 35 years, Revolution Event Design and Production has been transforming event spaces with creativity and innovation. Our 160,000 square foot warehouse and a team of over 110 dedicated employees have enabled us to successfully complete more than 25,000 events. What do we do?
At Revolution Events, we offer custom fabrication, event lighting, design management, décor, rentals, and entertainment. Our seamless coordination ensures smooth planning and execution. From unique designs to full-scale production, we make your event vision a reality.
What do you not do?
We don't handle tents or catering ourselves, but we'd be happy to connect you with our trusted partner vendors who specialize in these areas.
What is your pricing?
Our services have a minimum of $3,500. For smaller inquiries, please visit our website, RevDesigner.com to explore and order from our available rentals. Each event we produce is customized to your needs, and we handle everything from small rentals to multi-million dollar festivals.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We love to be a part of the conversation from start to finish, helping with venue selection and production suggestions. Ideally, we prefer you to book about 6 months in advance. However, we can accommodate events on a shorter timeline, though a rush fee may apply.
How many events do you do?
We have a dedicated team of 10 producers who are ready to assist you with all of your event needs. In 2023, we successfully managed over 500 events.
