- How long can we rent the Photo Booth?
- All Luxe Booth packages begin with a standard 3‑hour rental, thoughtfully designed to cover the core flow of most events—from wedding receptions to corporate gatherings and private celebrations. For hosts who want to extend the experience, additional hours can be added.
- What form of communication do you prefer?
- For clarity and seamless coordination, we prefer email communication. However, during the Discovery Phase we encourage clients to schedule dedicated time with us. These conversations allow us to understand your event on a deeper level and craft a shared vision for how RicheMoments can best assist.
- How far in advance should I book your services?
- For the best availability, we encourage clients to reserve their date 6–12 months in advance. Our calendar books quickly, particularly for peak weekends. If your event is approaching sooner, we’re happy to check availability and accommodate whenever possible.”
