Cheers to making unforgettable memories with one another! My given name is Robert, but everyone knows me as Rob on the street; there's no reason to call me Robert unless you specifically request it. Since I started attending Northern Arizona University for my undergraduate studies, I've developed a passion for photography. During my time as a student in college, I would stage mock bride-and-groom photoshoots by procuring low-cost wedding dresses and suits from Goodwill and recruiting my single friends who were in relationships to act as models for me. These photoshoots were a lot of fun and helped me hone my skills in preparation for entering the competitive field of wedding photography. After receiving a degree in photography and advertising from NAU in 2011, at which point I began working as a wedding photographer full-time, I had to wait until 2011 to make the transition. After photographing my first few weddings in 2012, I was definitely hooked, and I discovered my passion for documenting the love that happens when two people who are in love become one on their wedding day. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to say that I LOVE my career and to get energized about all of the incredible moments that I am able to capture on a daily basis while holding my camera in my hands. I wake up feeling blessed. After nearly 11 years and over 500 weddings, one of the things that I enjoy most about being a wedding photographer is developing long-lasting relationships with the couples I work with. There's a lot more to it than just taking pictures on your wedding day. It's meeting you, getting to know you, hanging out with you, and creating a friendship, all of which shows up in every single photograph taken during your engagement session and on your wedding day. On the day of your wedding, I want to tell a story by capturing every single feeling, detail, and unforgettable moment that you will treasure for the rest of your life and that will bring you joyful tears every time you look through your wedding photographs. My goal is to do this in a way that will tell your story in a way that will make you cry happy tears every time you look through your wedding photographs. I am very interested in learning more about your love story as a couple and the kind of atmosphere you hope to establish on the day of your wedding.
