- How far in advance should I book your services?
- We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance to allow ample time for planning and creating custom details. Some clients book years ahead, but if you're working on a tighter timeline, rest assured we will still deliver a spectacular event.
- What services do you offer?
- We provide end-to-end event production including concept development, custom design, venue sourcing, entertainment curation, vendor management, and full day-of execution. From large-scale corporate galas to high-end private celebrations, we handle everything so you don't have to.
- Can I view photos or examples of your past work?
- Absolutely. Our event galleries are regularly updated right here on PartySlate, and you can follow us on Instagram at @rockpaperevents for an ongoing look at our latest work and behind the scenes moments.
- Does your team handle setup, delivery, and breakdown?
- Absolutely. From the first item that arrives on site to the final breakdown at the end of the night, we manage every aspect of the event. You arrive to a flawless setup and leave without a second thought. We handle the rest.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We handle all vendor payment coordination on your behalf. As your full-service production partner, we manage every vendor relationship, ensuring seamless communication and complete accountability from start to finish.

Heather also served as a consultant on the Adam Sandler movie 'You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah', advising set designers to authentically portray mitzvah celebrations.
