We advise all of our customers to place their order as soon as they have determined what they require from us. Before making your final payment, you can always make changes to your order up until 14 days prior to your event date. Even if you receive additional RSVPs after you have made your final payment, you can still add to your order as long as the items are still available. Please keep in mind that all of our items are available on a first come, first served basis. When you pick up your items, you will find them to have been professionally cleaned and pressed. Tablecloths, sashes, and table runners will all be hung from hooks on the wall. The napkins will be pressed and placed in a plastic storage container so that they can be transported more easily later. As long as your venue permits it, you can use candles for your event. As a reminder, please make sure that all of the candles are contained within a hurricane or votive style vase. As a result of the damage caused by candle wax to our linens, you will be billed for the replacement costs as outlined in your contract.
