Sara Kovel Events is a full service event planning and design firm with over 18 years of experience. While we are based in Boston, we welcome Destination work. We are a deeply experienced and established event planning & design team. We specialize in telling our client’s stories by producing exquisite and joyful events. We believe in creating thoughtful, highly personalized celebrations and providing a truly customized client experience. Sara Kovel Events is a boutique firm who takes on a limited number of clients therefore we are able to provide the level of detailed service required of an intricate, extraordinary quality event for a discerning clientele.

- What makes your planning style unique?
- We are an experienced & established planning and design team with with a depth of experience in the luxury event industry in many roles. We are forward thinking logistical experts adept at resolving any challenges that may arise in high-pressure situations.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer both full service planning & event design, floral design as well as "partial planning" (we call this a planning partnership) where we act as your resource and consultant. Send us a message for more info!
- What venues have you worked at before?
- Too many to list here! We have a deep knowledge of venues in Boston, The Berkshires and Palm Beach. We are also experienced with tented estate weddings and love to work at new venues!

- Our approach embraces Sara's New England pragmatism, discretion and light-hearted sense of humor. We love getting to know our clients and designing a celebration that really feels like the two you. Our goal is to make the planning process seamless, comfortable and enjoyable for you.

FounderAfter spending 15 years gaining invaluable experience in the hospitality industry working at luxury properties such as the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach Florida and the Four Seasons Boston in both event operations and sales and planning, Sara Founded Sara Kovel Events. As a working mother of three children, time management and grace under pressure are two of her superpowers!
