Sarah Brennan is a New York based Event Planner that specializes in planning events that create life-long memories for her clients. Over the course of her nearly 20 in the events and hospitality industry, she has experience working in-house at catering companies and private dining departments at restaurants including her tenure at Food Network Chef Geoffrey Zakarian's fine dining restaurant, The Lambs Club. In 2017 created Sarah Brennan Events to focus on creating events at venues and private homes throughout the NYC metro area. Whether it's an intimate 20-person wedding at a Manhattan restaurant, an 80-person destination wedding or a 250-person celebration in the Hudson Valley Sarah has become a dependable and valued collaborator. Sarah is dedicated to ensuring that all of her client's needs are met, so they can have peace of mind and enjoy their special day with minimal stress.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- We love to customize package for each of our clients, but out most popular packages are Month of Coordination, Partial Planning & Design (great for the couple that has a date and venue selected and wants hands on planning for the rest), Full Planning (includes venue research.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- While we have many clients ask us for day-of wedding coordination we really need at least one month to learn all the details of your event and what your vision is. We have done last minute partial planning in as little as two weeks though!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes, this is included with Partial and Full Planning. For month of planning, you can add on additional vendor meeting planning. A venue site visit and walk through is included with all services.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Our clients will sign all vendor contracts and make payments directly to the vendor. For partial and full planning, we do offer budget management and track all payments.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- There will be 1-4+ team members on site for your event depending on the details of the day. Typically, the number is 2-3.
