About Sarah Wettleson Photography
Hey there! I’m Sarah, and I am a wedding & portrait photographer based in Seattle and Southern California. You don’t need to be adventurous or wildly in love. That’s not what I’m here for. I’m here for the real stuff. Not the posed, fake, or cliche stuff. I want the connection. The belly laughs—the soft, quiet in-betweens. I like the nitty-gritty and real moments. I want to capture everything important to you and your person. The moments and memories that deserve to last forever. Because no two love stories are the same, so why should they be told the same? I started about fifteen years ago with film & darkroom photography. I fell in love with it instantly. For years I specialized in portraits, street, and concert photography. I like to bring a photojournalistic and storytelling aspect to my work with a mix of creativity. I’m quirky; I like to laugh and have fun. And I want you to feel relaxed being in front of the camera. I’m not about posing or cliches. When we work together, I want it to be as fun, stress-free, and comfortable as possible. I hope to make some magic with y'all!

- What is your pricing?
- Weddings start at $2,750, elopements start at $1,800, and couple's sessions start at $450.
- Are engagement shoots included in any of your packages?
- I do have a few wedding packages that include an engagement session. You are welcome to add an engagement session to your wedding package à la carte.
- How would you describe your event photography style?
- I have film photography and photojournalistic background. I love bringing that into my photography with a storytelling approach, with love for color, light, and creativity. I'm not too fond of posing, I prefer a real, genuine experience that is true to my clients.
- What is your approach to working with clients?
- I love getting to know each one of my clients! With initial inquiries, I suggest a video call so we can get to know each other better. Every client and couple is different, so I take time to get to know them to learn how to serve them on their wedding day best.
- How long after my event can I expect to receive my photos?
- You can expect to receive your final wedding gallery 4-6 weeks after your wedding or elopement!
