Sarcon Flower Couture is my atelier for luxury floral design, created for couples who envision their wedding as an immersive, design-driven experience. Based in New York City, I specialize in elevated weddings and events at the city’s most iconic landmark venues — where architecture, history, and modern romance intersect such as Cipriani, The Plaza hotel, Gotham Hall, New York Public Library and more. My work is rooted in a couture approach to floristry. Every installation is custom-designed, never replicated, and thoughtfully composed to complement both the space and the story behind the celebration. From dramatic ceremony structures and sculptural floral moments to refined reception environments layered with texture, lighting, and movement, I design with intention and scale. New York inspires everything I create — its grandeur, its fashion heritage, its energy.
