Hello all you wonderful people out there! Yup, it’s me… a real life human being. That’s what I want you to know from this page. I am human- and you are too. And because of that, I want you to feel a connection from the pages that you are navigating on here. Always know that I have your best interests, wants and desires in my heart. This is your story, I’m just thankful I can play a small part in it. You should hire me if… You prefer candid emotional moments instead of super formal and staged photos (looking at the camera all the time). You love Black and white images- because I do, and I include a handful of them in every wedding album I deliver. You are go with the flow and okay with letting go of controlling the timeline to a tee- you want the day to flow naturally and prefer to let moments “just happen”. You appreciate the details, and want me to capture everything- invitations, ceremony and reception set up, shoes, dress- the whole shebang. You love natural light photos and the outdoors. ***if you are getting married indoors, you are getting married in a space that offers and abundance of natural light :) You find romance in photos that aren’t perfectly sharp You will do what ever it takes to get the photo! You can trust my creative direction. You want to have fun and laugh, a lot. We probably aren’t a good fit if… You prefer to have staged photos. You prefer all of your photos to be in color, and don’t like black and white images. You don’t care so much for the details. You don’t prefer photos that focus on feeling and prefer more traditional photos. Photos that focus on landscapes aren’t your thing. You like the idea of giving me a shot list. Your ceremony is indoors and there is no natural available light.

- Do you have a cap on how many weddings you take each year?
- The answers is both yes and no. I like to stay around 30 weddings per year- sometimes more and sometimes less. It really just depends on what I have planned through out the year and how often I am traveling.
- Do you have Liability Insurance?
- Yup! Sure do! I can also provide the information to your venue if they need it as well.
- How far out do you book?
- For weddings, it’s sometimes 2 years in advance. Especially for popular dates! But I would say the average is about 12-18 months out.
- What happens if your equipment fails during my session/wedding? Do you have back-up equipment?
- In the unlikely event that one of my cameras would fail me, I do have back-up camera’s and lenses! Rest assured that I’ve got you covered. I keep a spare back up bag with me in my car for those “just in-case” scenarios.
- What are your retainer fees?
- For weddings, my retainer fee is $1,500 to reserve your date. The retainer fee is applied to your total balance that you owe.
