Founded in 2014
Our one-stop process allows us to deliver comprehensive, worry-free, and on-budget events, training, workshops, and travel support to government agencies, public companies, and private clients. We make it easy for clients to say, "Yes, let's book the event." We partner with 45 VIPs - Very Important Partners - who possess over 475 years of expertise to create unique and premier experiences. Since 2014, we have planned over 350 events, managed a budget of $4M, and delighted more than 36,000 people. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 2014, Shon launched her event management company. She leverages her travels to 28 countries to create memorable and stress-free events. Shon also customizes and delivers interactive and impactful workforce development workshops that help organizations develop high-performing and resilient team members.
