Our motto is "have wheels, will travel," and we deliver the best seafood in the neighborhood right to your door! Summer staples like our Lobster Rolls and daring new meals like our Lobster Fries and Oyster Po'Boy are represented on our menu. We started on Cape Cod and now collaborate with many local fishermen to provide you with the freshest seafood available. Aren't you fortunate? Your oyster is the world, and food trucks are the pearl. We want to share our innovative menu with you shortly! We'll see you on the streets! These famously good for cooking oysters can be found in a cove along Route 1 in Willapoint Bay, next to towering spruce and cedar trees. These oysters are plentiful on the East Coast, and we enjoy frying them for our classic Oyster Po'Boy. A New England oyster farmer's existence is marked by passion and perseverance for perfection. Pangea Shellfish's Ben Lloyd and his colleagues grow some of the best oysters in the Northeast. These oysters are crisp, with a delicate mix of salt and sweetness, as well as just the proper amount of deep bitterness to round them out. These oysters were hand-picked from the bottom of the sea.
