- How much does your service cost?
- Pricing is based on your event date, number of service hours, and package options and add-ons. Complete the contact form for a quote.
- Will someone from Shutterbox be at my event?
- All of our full-service photo booth and 360 packages include a fun and friendly attendant to setup and assist your guests throughout the event. If you have opted for an unattended rental, we will be available for remote support.
- Can you accommodate an outdoor event?
- Yes, if weather is permitting. Otherwise, shelter is required if rain, snow, or severe wind is in the forecast.
- Is there a limit to the number of photos that can be taken at my event?
- Absolutely not! Each rental includes unlimited photo sessions during your rental time!
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- We require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to your event for a 100% refund. In the event of circumstances beyond your control (covid, natural disaster, etc) we will refund 100% of monies received, or apply a credit to a new event date.
