My name is Sophie Ballmer, and I'm the owner and lead designer at Sibyl Sophia Floral Design, a business that specializes in weddings, events, workshops, and installations. Nothing makes me happier than making something fresh with my own two hands, and working with flowers has provided me with unlimited inspiration and possibilities. Working on weddings allows me to be creative. Each bride and groom brings new ideas to the table, allowing for a great deal of creative freedom. I adore the excitement, energy, and conclusion of months of planning in a stunning, love-filled wedding. I moved to Des Moines to be closer to family and to be a part of a developing and thriving midwestern creative community after years of running my business in Los Angeles.
