- Yes. Silk & Shadows provides full day-of coordination, including timeline management, vendor communication, setup oversight, ceremony direction, and end-of-night teardown supervision. We make sure every detail flows smoothly so you can enjoy your day without stress.
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We offer full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Each package includes customized support based on your needs, from concept and vendor guidance to timelines, setup, and smooth day-of management.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes. We coordinate with all your vendors, schedule and attend key meetings, share timelines and layouts, and make sure everyone is aligned so your wedding day runs smoothly.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You pay vendors directly. We help track deadlines, review contracts, and remind you of upcoming payments, but all final payments go straight from you to your vendors.
