In 1983, Simon Cohen and his late father, Joseph Cohen, founded a catering company in New York City. He has a large staff on hand and is prepared to cater events of any size. Following Jewish customs, Simon made the decision to adhere to the Glatt Kosher values while also providing the highest quality and most desirable menus possible. Simon personally manages all events and ensures that the service continues to be one-of-a-kind, excellent, and of the highest possible quality.
