Founded in 2010, Snake Oil Cocktail Company is Southern California’s preeminent cocktail design and consulting firm. We specialize in creating immersive full-service beverage experiences for select bars, special events and award-winning restaurants nationwide. Snake Oil Cocktail Company is also JULEP Venue’s exclusive cocktail catering provider and caters immersive beverage experiences for JULEP events like weddings, corporate events, trade shows, birthday celebrations, galas and more. JULEP Venue is located at the base of Mission Hills in San Diego, CA, and is one of San Diego’s largest multipurpose indoor-outdoor event spaces.

- Your choice of a sophisticated satin black finish trailer with maple butcher-block countertops & trim or go for the white, light, bright and airy look with custom bamboo countertops, grey tiling and a beautiful blue interior. Our trailers also have customizable interior lighting.
