About Solid Wiggles
Founded in 2020
Solid Wiggles was founded in Brooklyn, New York by pastry chef Jena Derman and master mixologist Jack Schramm. Since the fall of 2020, Solid Wiggles has been reimagining the nostalgic jell-o shot. All of our Jelly Treats are flavored with delicious ingredients and hand-crafted into works of edible art. Locally, our boozy and non-boozy jellies are sliced into bite-sized pieces. Additionally, we do ship whole pans of Solid Wiggles - which need to be unmolded/sliced by caterers or professionals. We can send a handling video upon request. All products are 5% ABV.
