Sophia Katarina Events is a boutique wedding planning & design company based in Southern California dedicated to working with couples to create the wedding of their dreams! Here at Sophia Katarina Events, we believe weddings are about celebrating the love between two individuals & sharing their commitment to each other in front of the ones closest to them- uniting two people, two lives, and two families. - What makes your planning style unique?
- We are a team! The key to planning a beautiful wedding is open & honest communication. In order for Sophia Katarina Events to turn your vision into a reality, we ask that you are open with me about your likes, dislikes, ideas you have, how you are feeling, etc.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- Sophia Katarina Events offers a wide range of wedding services from working together through every step of the wedding & design process to running your wedding day, and everything in between. If you do not see a package you are looking for, we would love to create a custom package just for you!
- What makes your design style unique?
- At Sophia Katarina Events, we love getting to know our couples on a personal level. This way we are able to incorporate unique elements of their personality & culture into their wedding and enhance the guest experience, instead of clicking 'copy & paste' from a wedding on Pinterest.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes we do! However, we call this Wedding Coordination, which begins 60 days prior to the wedding. In order to set your wedding day up for success, we want to ensure ample time to review all details so the Sophia Katarina Events team knows your wedding like the back of their hand!
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- The team size from Sophia Katarina Events will be dictated on the scope of your wedding or event! There will be a lead planner & at minimum 2 assistant planners. We want to ensure we have enough team members on site at any moment to assist with vendor management, designs, and guest relations.
