Trish Sams is my name, and I was born and reared in the Low Country. I am a young woman with aspirations and dreams. Being a part of people creating enduring experiences is my passion! My three wonderful children, Connor (17), Patrick (17), and Mary Grace (14), are all my only children. I worked in the banking industry as well as the food and beverage industry for my whole 20s and 30s. I spent my free time cooking, whether it was for my family or a large group of people. I feel a great deal of passion about it. What better way to communicate the happiness that my dreams are coming true than by doing what I love, which is cooking? I've had a long, difficult journey, but I've succeeded entirely because of my God, who continues to bless me every day.
