At Spilled Milk, we combine our culinary expertise with our passion for food to create delectable, fresh menus that you and your guests will be delighted to serve. We were not going to serve anything. Spilled Milk Catering began as a side project for Amit that quickly grew into a full-time occupation and eventually evolved into the successful business that it is today. Amit brings his previous restaurant chef experience (he previously worked at Nage in Washington, DC) as well as his love of bold and exotic flavors to our extensive menu, which includes a variety of vegetarian options. Using an individualized approach, Spilled Milk Catering works with each client to develop a custom menu that truly reflects them and their personality. Because of our eclectic and international approach to catering, we distinguish ourselves from our competitors and are able to offer a wider variety of menu items, both sweet and savory, than our competitors. The events for which we have provided our services have included weddings, cocktail parties, plated dinners, corporate breakfasts and lunches, private events, and large scale openings/events of various sizes and scope. In the opinion of Spilled Milk Catering, food should be fresh, creative, and enjoyable! As a result of fusing our diverse culinary backgrounds, we have created an extensive menu of food that reflects the distinct personalities of each of us. Our menus, on the other hand, are only suggestions! We are here to assist you from the beginning to the end of the process of creating a customized menu that reflects you and your style.
