Spotlight Groove Productions is a full-service, fully insured entertainment business that specializes on Asian American weddings with DJs and MCs who speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese. In Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, and Orange County, we've worked in a variety of settings, from neighborhood restaurants to the most renowned hotels to the most beautiful golf clubs. We are experts in recognizing the requirements of Asian and Asian American wedding traditions. At your request, Spotlight Groove Productions can supply bilingual DJs and MCs who are fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese. We provide outstanding entertainment as well as assist you in creating the ideal ambience, mood, and environment for your wedding by utilizing only the most up-to-date and trustworthy technologies in professional audio, lighting, and video equipment. As a seasoned wedding company, we understand your concerns about things not going as planned on your special day, which is why we use our own DJs, MCs, lighting, draping, and photo booth professionals and do not outsource our services. While attending the University of California at Santa Barbara, DJ Jonsen Jonsen and Stan founded Spotlight Groove. Jonsen has never left a dance floor empty in the last 18 years, whether it was for an audience of 20 or 2000. Jonsen began DJing college parties and formal events in 1993, while still a student at UCSB. His musical mastery spans the 1920s big band swing to today's club songs. English and Cantonese are both fluent, and Mandarin is a strong suit. In the past 19 years, DJ Stan has handled production for over 100 live events and DJed / MCed for hundreds of college, club, wedding, and corporate events. Stan got his start as a student DJ in 1992 at the University of California, Santa Barbara. During Stan's junior and senior years, they were voted the most "loved" UCSB fraternity party DJ team, along with Jonsen. Stan also presented a weekly dance music show on a college radio station in the area. English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are all fluent.
