- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- Yes! We offer curated bar and liquor packages as part of our full-service catering. From classic open bars to bespoke cocktail menus, our team designs beverage programs around your event concept and guest experience —so you can enjoy a seamless, one-stop solution.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We’ve worked at a variety of venues across South Florida, from private waterfront homes and yachts to luxury venues, galleries, hotels, and event spaces throughout FL. To name a few: Deering Estate, Villa Toscana, MB Botanical Garden, Dupont, Ice Palace, Vizcaya, Mana, Level Three etc...
- Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
- We specialize in Mediterranean- inspired cuisine with a modern, elevated approach, while remaining highly flexible and collaborative. Our menus are fully customized to each event, allowing us to tailor flavors, dietary needs, and presentation to match the client’s vision.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- Yes, we offer tastings for confirmed clients. Tastings are scheduled once the menu and event details are aligned, typically closer to the event date. This allows us to present an accurate preview of the final menu and make any refinements together.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Yes. We provide all necessary catering equipment and service items based on your event needs and venue setup. We’re experienced working in both fully equipped venues and raw spaces, and can coordinate additional rentals when required.
