We are a fun, vibrant and organized event planning firm focused on a streamlined and organized planning process, and bringing calm to the event day while focusing on all of the behind the scenes logistics. Our Founder Feyisola Ogunfemi is an engineer and project manager turned event planner and coach to event planners. Her process oriented approach guides every wedding or event that our team works on. Her Nigerian background inspires our focus on multicultural and cross cultural weddings. What event planning services do you offer?

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
In our all inclusive event planning packages, we manage paying all of your vendors. Our flat-rate event planning and design package is available for clients who would like to pay their own vendors.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
We staff our events with at least 3 day-of team members and increase based on the needs of the event. We have planned events with as many as 10 planning team members and dozens on our vendor teams on site due to the size and complexity of the event
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! With our event planning packages, we manage email communication, scheduling and managing meetings and tracking all of the details of your event to ensure that you have a stress free planning process as well as a stress free day

Lead Planner

Niki is a wife, mother of three, and bonus mom of one. She loves seafood (never fried), brunches, dancing, and exploring new places. She earned her BA in Psychology from Salisbury University. Five years ago, she left her 9 to 5 to join the wedding industry. Her background in customer service, hospitality, and entertainment has been invaluable in wedding planning. As a romantic, she finds sheer joy in weddings.
