We're based in the city of Miami, Florida. We've been decorating weddings in Broward and Miami Dade counties for the past few years. Our goal is to make your wedding day the most memorable of your life. We will be more than happy to provide you with advice and assistance with your decorating needs. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date and time in order to be processed. If you require a rush order or same-day delivery, please contact us at (786) 647-3027 and we will do everything we can to meet your needs and concerns. Specific Delivery Times: Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time frame. When placing your order, you may specify a delivery time frame in the special instructions box, and we will do our best to meet your needs as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that there may be an increase in delivery fees around certain holidays. Sugar Collections is concerned about the security of your personal information while you shop on our website. Sugar Collections does not sell or share any of the personally identifiable information that we collect on our website. In order to process orders, we must obtain certain information from you, such as your name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email address, and credit card information, among other things. Your credit card information is not stored on our website, and we do not collect or store any information about you on our website. Shipping to other states will be handled by any carrier services that are available (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, DHL, Hand Delivery).
