Sur Mesure Events

With 10+ years of planning events under my belt, and having planned my own wedding, I’ve seen it all! Nothing brings me more joy than taking what can so easily be an overly stressful time, and turning it into the most incredible experience for my couples. You already have so many things to focus on as you build this next chapter of your life together, let me take care of this part. At the risk of sounding too cheesy, being a wedding planner has always been my absolute dream job. I’m talking unpaid internships working as an assistant on weekends just to be in the room because I loved it so much. And if you can’t tell already, I still do! However, my career in events actually started in corporate events. From private dinners in downtown Chicago to golf trips in Ireland, I had a ton of fun...but there’s nothing quite like a wedding. As I started to branch into planning weddings it was a quick switch as I fell completely in love with...well...love! Founding Sur Mesure Events was probably one of the easiest and most natural decisions I’ve ever made (outside of saying “yes!” to my husband). My passion is to not just provide an incredible experience for all of my couples, but for every couple that I even have a consultation with. My goal is that every single couple planning their wedding gets to experience it as a joyous and magical time of their relationship, and I can’t wait to give that to you!
