Sustainable Soirées is a Chicago-based specialty wedding and event planning company serving the downtown couple looking for a personalized and modern wedding experience. Our clients love eco-friendly details, contemporary style, and meaningful moments with the ones they love most. As members of the Green Wedding Alliance, our planners proudly work with various other talented wedding professionals dedicated to sustainability in the Chicago area. With each wedding we plan, we incorporate ways to reduce waste and give back to the community. All of our wedding services are designed to help couples no matter where they're at with planning. What event planning services do you offer?
We offer three wedding packages: Full-Service Planning & Design, Event Management, and Just the Essentials. Detailed information about all of these packages can be found on our website.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Our Event Management service is a much more comprehensive version of "day of planning" that provides you with professional documents and resources from the very start of planning. For couples booking a few months before their wedding, we have a package called Just the Essentials.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
With our Full-service package, you get the full concierge experience with your planner who will happily facilitate the booking process and set up meetings and tours with your vendors on your behalf.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
This depends on several factors; however, at a minimum, we have a lead planner along with two assistants on-site for weddings with guest counts of 100+.
What makes your planning style unique?
We offer a unique online planning system to our clients that is designed to set couples up for success and keep them organized from the very start. All of our services are high-touch and more comprehensive than most packages offered by other planning companies.
